A recap of the all signings and releases from around the NRL this past week

Broncos
Alex Glenn has re-signed for a further 2 years.
The 31-year-old, with 259 NRL games for the Broncos to his name since making his debut in 2009, has locked in with the club to the end of the 2021 season.
Junior Kangaroos halfback Brodie Croft has been secured on a three-year deal.
Croft was released by the Melbourne Storm on Friday

Cowboys
Valentine Holmes has been secured on a 6 year deal starting in 2020.
Holmes was released by the New York Jets on Saturday after ending his 12-month stint as an international player on their practice squad.

Titans
Young gun AJ Brimson has been retained for a further 2 years, extending his current contract out until the end of 2022.
Brimson declined to meet with any other clubs, and showed his loyalty to the Titans, and new incoming coach Justin Holbrook

Panthers
Kurt Capewell will join the Panthers from the Sharks after inking a 2 year deal.
Capewell has played 65 NRL games and was last season selected in the extended Queensland Origin squad.
After 147 games, and 8 appearances for New Zealand, Sam McKendry has announced his retirement at age 30.

Storm
Exciting young hooker Harry Grant has extended his current contract for a further 2 years, taking him until the end of 2022.
Elevated to Storm’s full-time NRL squad for the first time in June, Grant has impressed Melbourne’s coaching staff with his continued development and excellent form with feeder club Sunshine Coast Falcons in the Intrust Super Cup.
Junior Kangaroos and Australian Nines rep Ryan Papenhuyzen has been rewarded for his breakout 2019 season, with a 2 year extension taking him to 2022 with the club.

Bulldogs
2019 Bulldogs player of the Year William Hopoate has extended with the club.
Off the back of an outstanding season, Will Hopoate has pledged his future to the Bulldogs by signing a contract extension keeping him at Belmore until the end of the 2021 season.

Raiders
Curtis Scott has signed with the Raiders until the end of the 2023 season.
Scott will join the Raiders’ pre-season training in early December after he was granted a release from the final two years of his contract.
Aidan Sezer was released from the club and will join Super League club Huddersfield Giants.

Roosters
Golden Boot runner-up Suiosiua Taukeiaho has been re-signed by the Roosters with a deal taking him until the end of the 2022 season.

Dragons
Trent Merrin will link back up with his junior club, signing a 2 year deal after being released by the Super League team Leeds Rhinos.
Merrin previously played 133 games over 8 seasons with the Dragons, winning the 2010 Premiership and representing NSW and Australia.

Tigers
Luciano Leilua will join the Tigers on a 3 year deal starting in 2020.
“I’m very pleased we’ve been able to secure a player with Luciano’s talent and potential for the future” Tigers coach Michael Maguire said.

Sharks
Premiership-winning halfback Chad Townsend seems certain to spend the rest of his career as a Shark after sealing a contract extension until the end of 2023.
The 28-year-old playmaker, who was contracted to the club until the end of next season, has signed a new deal for a further three seasons.
Matt Prior has been released to join Super League club Leeds Rhinos
